Christos Koutsopoulos

founder of LeaDay

Christos,
is a graduate of Business Administration and Hotel Management from the University of Strasbourg Schiller International University.

He has extensive knowledge in hotel operation in all departments including Finance, Operations, Food & Beverage Sales, Marketing and Human Resources.

His 30 years career has been varied and far-reaching with positions as CEO, Head of Hotel section and General Manager in local and multinational companies. In the meantime, he has accomplished several honors and awards.

Focused to lead businesses with full responsibility in all departments, for the best corporate results by implementing efficient and innovative practices whilst ensuring the satisfaction of clients but in the meantime creating a work-friendly environment for its teams.

A devotee of continual education and HR Development has successfully completed distinguished programs in the fields of Leadership and Management, Psychology, Positive Psychology, Life & Business Coaching and Neurolinguistics Programming, having already a valuable experience as an Academic Consultant, lecturer in educational institutions as well as personal and team coach.

KATILENA ALPE

Katilena,
has over 20 years’ experience in international communications roles in a variety of sectors including travel, wellness & wellbeing, and lifestyle sectors. With a wide-ranging expertise in the in-house and agency communications roles, destination marketing in both international, European, and domestic tourism, organizations.

Experienced in both B2B travel trade sector (venues tour operators, travel agents, OTAs, etc.) in the British, German, French and Italian markets. A valued member of the Greek National Tourism Organization (EOT) UK & Ireland carried out the role of Press, PR Officer with the responsibility of promoting Greece in the UK & Irish media; organizing and attending major travel and sector exhibitions including World Travel Market (WTM), executing communication plans and being responsible for and educational trips for the travel trade sector to promote different areas of Greece.

Monitoring the competition, local and international trends, she is expert in managing marketing plans, budgets, running advertising campaigns, running in-house press office and all clients’ owned media (Website, social, media channels, etc), aiming at their best promotion.

KONSTANTINOS AKRIVOPOULOS

Konstantinos,
started his professional career in the Greece Air Force, with studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology and a member of the Institutes NLP, SILVA, EIAS, Hellenic Quality Forum (HFQ), KEK IL. / Insur. Life Underwriters, LIMRA, MDRT and GESTALT Psychotherapy, served as Factory Manager and Sales Consultant for Greek & International Groups and for the years following to the present, he has a successful presence in the Insurance field.
Today, he is the Head of Education of ERGO Insurance, Greece, and as a certified adult trainer and lecturer of executive seminars, has more than 40,000 hours of training to over 300,000 participants in Skills Development and Coaching.
He has collaborated with the Athens University of Economics and Business, the University of Piraeus, New York College, the Bank of Greece, the Ministry of Education, and many other public and private institutions. His publications for Sales and Leadership are used by Greek universities and has been awarded for his valuable contribution to education.

Evelina Lazaridi

Evelina,
is a graduate of International and European Economic Studies from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Parallel to her economic studies she has successfully completed a minor degree at DEREE, focused on International Tourism and Hospitality Management. 

Her passion for the tourism industry comes from a very young age. Searching and learning about new hotels has forever been a motivator to get involved with the industry as a young professional. The past few years she has been very interested in focusing more on sustainability. The way businesses, and especially the amalgam of the tourism sector can turn into ‘being green’. 

She is a highly motivated individual driven to find solutions and innovate ways to serve multiple customers’ needs. She has been working Travel & Congress Services.

ILIANNA NIASKOU

Ilianna has more than 10 years of extensive experience in operational coordination, policy and communication, office management and personal assistance. She has worked in the Greek Ministries of Culture and Sports, Development, Economy and Finance in Greece.

Focused on implementing a variety of high-level projects for organizations, supporting organizational and management goals. Her solid organizational skills result from extensive experience in organizing: Press conferences, cultural events, exhibitions, delegations, etc.

She is a graduate of the Department of French Language and Literature (EKPA) and has more of 15 years of teaching experience.

She holds a Master’s Degree (MPA-Honors) in Governance and Public Policy, has studied at the Universities of LUMIERE LYON II (France), HELLENIC OPEN UNIVERSITY (Greece) and UNIVERSITY OF PELOPONNESE (Greece) and is a member of the International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism (IFITT).

She is a PhD candidate in Tourism Management (University of Peloponnese). With a Master’s degree (MSc) in Hospitality and Tourism Management (Honors), she has knowledge in hospitality management, hospitality industry, crisis and disaster management, digital marketing (Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing (ALBA BUSINESS SCHOOL), reputation management, social media marketing and public relations.
